We’re looking for fan support to advance to the finals and to win studio time. Vote for us there!  We’ll also have our CDs for sale, including our latest, “A Bell A Bird A Star.”

Thanks for being a Bridge Support through “Bridging the Music” on March 1. (Duplicate bridge metaphor is totally coincidental!)

Happy New Year!

With the release last month of our CD, “A Bell A Bird A Star,” Jubilant Bridge made the “Top 10” in the folk world: #7 on Folk DJ for the month of December!  (Folk DJ is an organization of folk DJs throughout the country, and the world, actually, who post their playlists.)  Plus, we were in the top 10 in all three categories: Top Album, Top Song (“A Bell A Bird A Star”), and Top Artist!

The CD also just received a lovely review from a music reviewer/blogger at Significato Journal.  You can read it here:
http://significatojournal.com/columns/musicviews/jubilantbridge-a-bell-a-bird-a-star/

If you didn’t get your copy of the CD before Christmas, you can still get one here: http://cdbaby.com/cd/jubilantbridge2.  It’s a great listening experience any time of the year, and there are a number of songs that aren’t specifically seasonal, such as Carol’s song “My Mother Gave the World To Me” and Willie’s three instrumental compositions.

And speaking of those instrumentals, Willie is a Finalist in the Mid-Atlantic Song Contest (an international competition) for “Winterlude,” in the instrumental category. Yay, Willie!

We hope you’ve been having a healthy and productive new year so far.  If you’re still looking for some resolutions to make, why not make one of them enjoying more music?

For those of you who already have the CD, you can write a review at this link as well. We’d love to hear what you think.

Finally, we’d like to wish you peaceful holidays, and thank you for all your support this past year in helping us realize our dream of “A Bell A Bird A Star,” timeless music to come home to every cold December.

Season’s Greetings!  Check out the two Christmas songs, on our Music page, we’ve recorded so far for our Christmas CD!  We spent some time in the studio this fall working on it, and will resume in the new year.   (Listen to Carol sing in French — pardon the accent.)

Another beautiful mountain town show this week: Grand Lake Gazebo, Wednesday, August 26, at 5:30 p.m.   Bring a lawn chair or blanket and a picnic dinner (as usual, there will be a nosh pit).

Come to the Arkansas Valley.  We’ll be playing Thurs., July 16, at 7p.m. in McPhelemy Park in downtown Buena Vista (Hiway 24), at the base of the beautiful  Collegiate Range.
